DLF Ltd. is demonstrating its large-scale commitment to green building excellence by pursuing LEED v4.1 Platinum recertification for a significant portfolio of its key commercial properties in Gurugram. This major initiative for the 2024-25 period includes DLF Infinity Tower, Building 5, Building 10, and Blocks 2 & 8.
The primary objective is to ensure this entire portfolio of assets continues to meet the latest and most demanding sustainability benchmarks. This strategic move protects the properties’ long-term value and maintains their competitive edge in the marketplace as premium, green-certified real estate.
In collaboration with sustainability consultants FirstGreen Consulting, the project utilizes a portfolio-scale management approach designed for maximum efficiency. This involves streamlined processes for data collection, standardized performance analysis across the different assets, and the preparation of a consolidated, robust documentation package. This efficient approach ensures a successful submission to the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), reaffirming the portfolio’s status as a leader in sustainable operations.
