MatriKiran High School, a client of Vatika Limited in Gurugram, Haryana, has successfully achieved the prestigious LEED v4.1 EBOM (Existing Buildings Operations and Maintenance) Platinum certification. This significant achievement, completed in 2024 with guidance from First Green Consulting Private Limited, serves as a powerful validation of the school’s deep commitment to exceptional environmental performance and holistic education. The primary objective of the project was to create a healthier, more productive learning environment for its students and staff, setting a tangible example of sustainability for the community. This included detailed energy and water audits, the implementation of a new green cleaning policy to significantly improve indoor air quality, and comprehensive management of occupant comfort surveys.
