Vatika Sovereign Park, a luxury, low-density residential complex spanning over 10 acres in Sector 99, Gurugram, is pursuing LEED BD+C Multi-Family Residential certification in 2025. This project, featuring 3 & 4 BHK apartments and penthouses by the Vatika Group, has already achieved LEED Gold certification. The primary objective is to demonstrate the development’s commitment to high environmental standards and superior residential quality. First Green Consulting Private Limited is providing comprehensive services, including end-to-end guidance and documentation support for the entire certification process. Our scope includes a thorough review, analysis, and optimization of architectural designs to ensure compliance with all LEED requirements. We specifically focus on Energy & Water Optimization through the review of energy modeling results, strategies to enhance water efficiency via low-flow fixtures and high-efficiency systems, and guidance on Sustainable Site Development. This covers critical aspects like site selection, protection of open spaces and habitats, and the implementation of urban heat island reduction measures.
