From bid strategy to detailed engineering
Financial modelling and bid support for a 60 MW award, followed by design services for the 50 MW Pokhran plant.
The challenge
Today Energy needed commercial and technical support across two linked stages: a competitive solar bid and the engineering of its Pokhran plant.
Firstgreen’s contribution
Firstgreen prepared financial models, tariff-discovery strategies and bid-optimisation inputs for a 60 MW award under JNNSM Phase II. The subsequent engineering assignment covered the 50 MW Pokhran solar plant.

The engineering scope brought together plant layout, structural design, electrical system planning, performance modelling and execution-ready documentation.
