Existing administrative buildings need coordinated evidence of energy, water and operational practices to support green building certification.
Firstgreen’s contribution
Firstgreen is supporting the green rating certification of the administrative building at IndianOil’s Panipat Refinery. The assignment includes coordination with the refinery and head-office teams on certification requirements.
Our approach
The work uses credit-wise review trackers, document requests and technical discussions to organise supporting evidence and identify the actions needed for the certification submission.
Project scope and status
Credit documentation and coordination with the refinery team are in progress towards the target rating.
