The challenge
A township contains different building types, each with its own use patterns and certification requirements. A coordinated approach is needed across shared services and individual facilities.
Firstgreen’s contribution
Firstgreen’s IOCL Paradip assignment covers IGBC/GRIHA-related green rating consultancy for existing buildings, healthcare facilities and residential societies. The identified facilities include the club, community centre, guest house, shopping complex, hospital and dwelling units.
Our approach
The feasibility study and water audit have been submitted. The continuing work includes implementation support, supporting documentation and coordination for rating review and certification.
Project scope and status
The assignment is ongoing. Final certification and closure remain part of the continuing scope.
