Campus developments need a clear distinction between shared site credits and the requirements of individual buildings or building groups.
Firstgreen’s contribution
Firstgreen’s work for DLF The Dahlias includes LEED registration coordination, project information review and modelling support. The current registration structure covers the campus master site and the residential towers and basements.
Our approach
The team coordinates project drawings and model information, reviews certification boundaries and supports the documentation required for the LEED process. The clubhouse is being considered through a separate registration pathway.
Project scope and status
Registration and certification work are in progress. The master site supports shared campus credits and is not a separate certified building.
