Solar training assignments supported by training materials, daily delivery reports and task completion documentation.
The challenge
Solar deployment depends on local technical skills as well as equipment and investment. Training programmes need relevant learning materials and structured delivery records.
Firstgreen’s contribution
Firstgreen delivered ISA-related solar training assignments in Bhutan, Cameroon and Uganda. The Bhutan material covered rooftop and utility-scale solar, while the Cameroon and Uganda assignments included solar technician training.
Our approach
The programmes were supported by training materials, daily reports, task completion reports and visual records of the sessions. Cameroon documentation also included French-language communication material.

Training delivery is documented through daily reports and submitted task completion reports for the country assignments.
