About the Role
Firstgreen Consulting is seeking a motivated Sustainability Consultant – Green Buildings to support high-impact green building and sustainability assignments across commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. The role offers exposure to leading green certification frameworks, ESG reporting, and data-driven sustainability advisory for marquee clients in India and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support facilitation of LEED, IGBC and GRIHA certifications from design to documentation and submission
- Assist in energy, water, materials and indoor environmental quality assessments
- Contribute to carbon accounting and GHG inventories aligned with recognised standards
- Support sustainability audits and performance benchmarking
- Assist in preparation of ESG disclosures, reports and client presentations
- Develop and maintain analytical tools, dashboards and trackers using spreadsheets and modelling outputs
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients and external consultants to meet project timelines
Experience Required
2–5 years of relevant professional experience in green buildings, sustainability consulting, or related domains.
You Must Have
Strong analytical, documentation and reporting skills
Working knowledge of LEED, IGBC and/or GRIHA frameworks
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Exposure to simulation or modelling tools (energy, water, daylight or similar)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a consulting environment
