The intent of this criterion is to promote smart metering and monitoring of energy and water consumption of the project to analyse its performance.

Maximum Points: 6

APPRAISAL

  • Ensure placement of smart meters for projects energy consumption.
  • Ensure placement of meters for projects water consumption.
  • Ensure sharing of energy and water consumption data of the project on GRIHA online benchmarking platform for five years.

COMPLIANCE

  • Submit SLD and purchase orders for energy and water meters.
