Guided by Firstgreen Consulting Pvt. Ltd., the project implemented impactful upgrades including energy-efficient lighting, water-saving fixtures, and an improved waste management program. These measures not only reduced operational consumption but also enhanced indoor environmental quality for staff and visitors.
