The Vatika Mindscape A & B project in Faridabad, Haryana, owned by the Vatika Group, is a next-generation commercial hub that successfully completed its LEED v4.1 Platinum certification in 2025. Guided by First Green Consulting Private Limited, the core objective was to establish Mindscape as a landmark and set a new benchmark for sustainability to attract top-tier corporate clients. This achievement was secured by strategically incorporating advanced green principles from the initial design and master planning phases. Our scope of services involved a strategic consultancy during the critical design stage to optimize the entire project for elite performance. This included advising on site-level sustainability strategies, such as heat island reduction and sustainable landscaping, as well as building-specific optimizations for energy efficiency, water conservation, and the selection of healthy, low emitting materials. This rigorous, comprehensive approach ensured the project met the demanding requirements for LEED Platinum.
