INTENT
The intent of this criterion is to divert organic waste from landfill sites by adopting strategies for treating it on site and thereby mitigating its adverse effects on the surrounding environment.

APPRAISAL
- Ensure that the organic waste is measured and 100% of all the organic waste is treated and converted into usable resources(manure/biogas).
COMPLIANCE
- The client needs to submit the technical specifications and purchase orders of the organic waste treatment plant.
- The client needs to provide layout highlighting location of waste-treatment plant on-site.
