INTENT

The intent of this criterion is to substitute conventional materials used for external site development with alternative materials, in order to reduce pressure on both mining for virgin materials and landfills required
for the disposal of waste material.

• Ensure that the roads built have recycled , re-used materials like plastic waste, fly ash.
• Ensure that the pavements built have recycled , re-used materials like plastic waste, fly ash.

• The client needs to submit BOQ of construction materials for roads and pavements..
• The client needs to provide plans highlighting length and width of roads in the project.
