The intent of this criterion is to promote smart metering and monitoring of energy and water consumption of the project to analyse its performance.

APPRAISAL
- Ensure placement of smart meters for projects energy consumption.
- Ensure placement of meters for projects water consumption.
- Ensure sharing of energy and water consumption data of the project on GRIHA online benchmarking platform for five years.
COMPLIANCE
- Submit SLD and purchase orders for energy and water meters.
