To bring this vision to life, IOCL has partnered with Firstgreen Consultants Pvt. Ltd., one of India’s leading green building consultancy firms. The consultancy is providing a full-spectrum service including performance analysis, sustainability strategy development, and IGBC submission management.
The building aims to maximize resource efficiency through thoughtful design strategies including improved energy performance, reduction in potable water demand, waste minimization, and enhanced occupant well-being.
