This ambitious project, scheduled for 2025-26, is a collaboration between DLF Ltd. and sustainability consultants FirstGreen Consulting, with groundbreaking dual objectives: to achieve the highest possible LEED v5 Platinum certification while simultaneously reaching Net Zero Energy status.
This forward-thinking initiative is designed to push the known boundaries of green building performance and establish a real-world model for large-scale, sustainable campus development in the country.
The path to this achievement involves advanced, specialized consultancy for the complex LEED v5 pilot program. It requires sophisticated strategic planning, detailed energy modeling to map out the journey to net zero, and meticulous management of the certification process across the large, multi-building campus.
