Vatika Professional Point, a prominent commercial building owned by the Vatika Group in Gurugram, Haryana, has successfully completed its LEED v4.1 O+M (Operations + Maintenance) Certification in 2024. This strategic initiative, guided by First Green Consulting Private Limited, was driven by the ambitious goal of achieving the Platinum certification. The project focuses on optimizing the building’s current operational performance and environmental impact, ensuring maximized efficiency, reduced resource consumption, and a clear demonstration of leadership in sustainable existing building management. Our comprehensive consultancy service focused entirely on optimizing the operational performance and maintenance practices of this existing building to meet the stringent requirements for LEED v4.1 O+M Platinum.
