2. Follow the instructions in the “Diversion Data” tab and complete all tables in the tab.
3. Upload the required documentation verifying weights for 1 month from the most recent 12-month reporting period.
4. If the facility is currently pursuing recertification or is part of a portfolio, make the appropriate selection.

Credit 2: Track financial data for diversion and waste disposal

1. Ensure that your facility has tracked financial data for diversion and waste disposal activities for a baseline year and the most recent 12 months.
2. Describe the methodology for collecting financial data and how it is tracked.
3. Upload the tracking report of financial data meeting all credit requirements for a baseline year and the reporting year, for a total of 24 months.
4. Upload documentation verifying costs and revenues for at least 1 month from the most recent 12-month reporting period, including invoices, receipts, rebate statements, checks, etc.
5. Specify the month of the most recent 12 months for which documentation was provided in Dropbox verifying cost and revenue data.
6. If the facility is currently pursuing recertification or is part of a portfolio, make the appropriate selection.

Credit 3: Generate climate impact report using the U.S. EPA WARM Model

1. Determine whether the facility has generated a climate impact report using the U.S. EPA WARM Model or an equivalent tool.
2. Upload the report generated from the EPA’s WARM model.
3. If the facility is currently pursuing recertification or is part of a portfolio, make the appropriate selection.

Credit 4: Benchmark Zero Waste Performance

1. Determine whether the facility is an “active participant” in a waste benchmarking platform.
2. Specify the join date.
3. Upload documentation of use of a waste benchmarking and reporting tool, including email confirmation, screenshots of the Performance dashboard, or relevant reports.
